Merry PH Online Membership Criteria, Required Documents and Process

I. Applicant Eligibility

Applicants must be adults (21 years or older).

II. Application Methods

(A) Online Application

Visit the online application page and follow these steps:

Step 1: Fill out the required information on the application page and complete real-time MID identity verification to submit your application.

Step 2: Validate: Once the confirmation is done, you will receive an email notification of membership from the Philippines Sports Lottery.

Step 3: Click on the activation link in the email to go to our online membership site and activate your membership.

Step 4: Once the deposit is done, use your bank’s ATM or internet banking to finish it and then start betting.

Please note: MID refers to mobile phone verification; please use the ‘PHID Identity Verification Center’ mobile identity verification service for quick identification and instant activation!

(B) Member Withdrawal Process

Before you make a withdrawal, you will have to first submit the registration of your withdrawal account. Please submit a copy (can also be the photocopy, image, fax, photo, or file) of the proof of the account of the financial institution which is in the name of the member, or the photo of the transfer voucher (or the evidence of telephone, internet transfer), etc. For accounts in any other bank besides the Philippine Trust Bank, the ₱15 accounts-in-other-banks cross-bank transaction fees will be charged. Please put your ID number and your signature in the designated area, and then please fax it to: +63-2-12345678, or e-mail us at: [email protected] to the customer service center. It will be processed with the period of about 7 business days.

(C) Paper Mail Application

Download the “Philippines Sports Lottery Online Platform Membership Application and Data Change Form” (hereinafter referred to as the application form) from the left-hand menu below.

Step 1: Download, print, and fill out the application form with recommended distributor information.

Step 2: Fill in the form and send it to merry ph login register. Wait for a call from the lottery to confirm your application.

Step 3: After confirmation, the Philippines Sports Lottery will send a membership email for your reference.

Step 4: Receive the email, click on the link, and be brought to the online membership activation page and walked through the process.

Step 5: After your money is sent/received through a deposit, you can use it to make wagers at the sportsbook.

Required Documents for Paper Mail Application

For Philippine Citizens:

A copy of both sides of the ID card.

For Non-Philippine Citizens:

A copy of the resident visa or equivalent document.

Evidence of financial resources: a copy of a financial institution account statement or other related proof in the applicant’s name (must show the name of the financial institution, name of the account holder, and account number).

I. Kakayahan ng Aplikante

Ang mga aplikante ay dapat na mga adulto (21 taong gulang o mas matanda).

II. Mga Pamamaraan ng Aplikasyon

(A) Online na Aplikasyon

Bisitahin ang pahina ng online na aplikasyon at sundin ang mga hakbang na ito:

Hakbang 1: Punan ang kinakailangang impormasyon sa pahina ng aplikasyon at kumpletuhin ang real-time na MID identity verification upang isumite ang iyong aplikasyon.

Hakbang 2: I-validate: Kapag nakumpirma na, makakatanggap ka ng email notification ng membership mula sa Philippines Sports Lottery.

Hakbang 3: I-click ang activation link sa email upang pumunta sa aming online membership site at i-activate ang iyong membership.

Hakbang 4: Kapag ang deposito ay tapos na, gamitin ang ATM ng iyong bangko o internet banking upang tapusin ito at magsimula ng pagtaya.

Pakitandaan: Ang MID ay tumutukoy sa mobile phone verification. Mangyaring gamitin ang ‘PHID Identity Verification Center’ mobile identity verification service para sa mabilis na pagkakakilanlan at instant activation!

(B) Proseso ng Pag-withdraw ng Miyembro

Bago ka gumawa ng withdrawal, kailangan mo munang isumite ang pagpaparehistro ng iyong withdrawal account. Mangyaring isumite ang kopya (maaari ding photocopy, imahe, fax, photo, o file) ng patunay ng account ng pinansyal na institusyon na nasa pangalan ng miyembro, o ang photo ng transfer voucher (o ang ebidensya ng telepono, internet transfer), atbp. Para sa mga account sa ibang bangko maliban sa Philippine Trust Bank, ang ₱15 cross-bank transaction fees ay sisingilin. Mangyaring ilagay ang iyong ID number at pirma sa itinalagang lugar, at pagkatapos ay i-fax ito sa: +63-2-12345678, o i-email kami sa: [email protected] sa customer service center. Ito ay iproseso sa loob ng humigit-kumulang 7 araw ng negosyo.

(C) Aplikasyon sa Pamamagitan ng Papel na Mail

1) I-download ang “Philippines Sports Lottery Online Platform Membership Application and Data Change Form” (na tinutukoy dito bilang ang application form) mula sa menu sa kaliwang bahagi sa ibaba.

Hakbang 1: I-download, i-print, at punan ang application form kasama ang rekomendadong distributor na impormasyon.

Hakbang 2: Punan ang form at ipadala ito sa merry ph login register. Maghintay ng tawag mula sa lottery upang kumpirmahin ang iyong aplikasyon.

Hakbang 3: Pagkatapos ng kumpirmasyon, ang Philippines Sports Lottery ay magpapadala ng membership email para sa iyong sanggunian.

Hakbang 4: Tanggapin ang email, i-click ang link at dadalhin ka sa online membership activation page at gagabayan ka sa proseso.

Hakbang 5: Kapag ang iyong pera ay naipadala/tinatanggap sa pamamagitan ng deposito, maaari mo itong gamitin upang maglagay ng mga taya sa sportsbook.

Para sa mga Mamamayan ng Pilipinas:

Isang kopya ng magkabilang panig ng ID card.

Para sa mga Hindi Mamamayan ng Pilipinas:

Isang kopya ng resident visa o katumbas na dokumento.

Patunay ng pinansyal na mga mapagkukunan: isang kopya ng pahayag ng account ng pinansyal na institusyon o iba pang kaugnay na patunay sa pangalan ng aplikante (dapat ipakita ang pangalan ng pinansyal na institusyon, pangalan ng account holder, at numero ng account).
